At Delaire, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Because perfume is a personal care and hygienic product, we maintain a fair return policy to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our brand.

1. Return Before Opening the Package

If you decide not to keep the product, you may return it only if the package remains completely unopened.

  • The outer box and seal must remain intact and unopened.
  • The return must be made immediately to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

Once the package seal is opened, the product will be considered used and non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
  • The video must show the sealed package being opened.
  • Contact our support team immediately after receiving the product.

This process helps us verify the issue and ensures a fair resolution for both parties.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to hygiene and product safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • The perfume box or seal has been opened
  • The perfume has been used or sprayed
  • The product is damaged after delivery
  • No valid unboxing video proof is provided for damage claims

Perfume products cannot be resold once opened, which is why these conditions are necessary.
